​Homeless people

Homeless people and beggars are a shame for the city.
The actual mayor, in office since June 2023, built her campaign promising to solve the problem. She could not keep her promise. Maybe she is just incompetent, or simply she could not - bigger priorities and no money.

This guy is downtown Toronto at York/Wellington for years, and smells very bad. As you see, people are not even walking the walkway, better risking to go on the road.

And you can see homeless people and beggars in many other places.

What are police doing? because there is a law against vagrancy.
Or maybe the problem is bigger... Who created this world did it wrong.
